Summer is upon us and air conditioning systems are working especially hard in the extreme heat. Please take this opportunity to click here and run through our handy tune up guide to make sure your system is ready for summer and operating efficiently. Keep thermostats set on ‘Auto’ and change filters regularly. This will save you on utility bills and possibly save us both a sudden and inconvenient break down. Please submit a maintenance request online if your system is not working properly, however, understand that you may not be able to cool your house below around 75 degrees when it is extremely hot outside.
